The Clerk’s Office for the Western District of Louisiana will be closed to the public on Monday, January 26, 2026, due to inclement weather. The closure affects all divisions within the district.

Officials stated that a reassessment will take place before that date to determine when normal operations can resume. During the closure, telephone assistance will remain available. Members of the public can reach the Alexandria Office at (866) 356-5221, the Lafayette Office at (866) 789-6015, and the Shreveport Office at (866) 721-2105.
