Pay.Gov will carry out a Disaster Recovery Exercise and transfer production system operations on March 28, according to an announcement made on March 9. The exercise is scheduled to begin at 5:00 p.m. and is expected to last for five hours.

The planned maintenance will result in a complete interruption of Pay.Gov services during the exercise period. This means that agencies relying on Pay.Gov will not be able to access its services while the test is underway.

Although the CM/ECF electronic filing system will remain available, filers will not be able to pay filing fees for electronic filings during this time. Users are advised that payment processing through Pay.Gov will resume after the maintenance window ends.

Anyone experiencing issues related to this outage is encouraged to contact the Clerk’s office first thing Monday morning, March 30, for assistance.

This exercise aims to ensure that Pay.Gov can recover quickly from potential disruptions and maintain reliable service for its users.
