Pay.gov is scheduled for software maintenance on Saturday, January 31, 2026, starting at 5:00 pm. The maintenance is expected to last five hours. During this period, all Pay.gov websites may be inaccessible. This will affect users of the Case Management/Electronic Case Files (CM/ECF) system who need to make payments through Pay.gov.

Users are advised that if they experience any issues during the maintenance window, they should contact the Clerk’s office on Monday morning, February 2, 2026.

“During this window, all Pay.gov websites may be unavailable, causing Case Management/Electronic Case Files (CM/ECF) e-filers to be unable to make payments through Pay.gov. If you encounter any issues, please contact the Clerk’s office first thing Monday morning (February 2, 2026).”
