William Lang, a 47-year-old resident of New Orleans, was sentenced on May 28, 2025, by United States District Judge Jane Triche Milazzo. Lang had previously pleaded guilty to charges related to conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute significant quantities of cocaine, heroin, and fentanyl. He received a sentence of 120 months in prison, followed by five years of supervised release and a $100 mandatory special assessment fee.

The prosecution is being managed by Assistant United States Attorney Lynn E. Schiffman from the Narcotics Unit.
