Louisiana Bureau of Investigation arrests Baton Rouge developer on multiple felony charges

Agents from the Louisiana Bureau of Investigation, under Attorney General Liz Murrill, have arrested Bradley Jarmall Brown, a developer from Baton Rouge. Brown, 35, who resides on Ross Street in Port Allen, was taken into custody on December 9, 2025.

Brown faces several felony charges. These include one count of theft over $25,000, three counts of bank fraud, one count of illegal transmission of monetary funds, one count of money laundering, and one count of filing false public records. After his arrest, Brown was booked into the East Baton Rouge Parish Prison.

Officials stated that this action is part of an ongoing criminal investigation. “We have no further comments at this time,” authorities said.

“All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty.”
